Waste Oil Distillation Machine
I. Brief Introduction
According to the actual situation in every country and district, we developed series of machine for crude oil, waste engine oil, tyre oil and plastic oil after pyrolysis that includes about 4 tons and 6 tons capacity daily on batch systems, and the fully continuous distillation systems with daily capacity from 30~300Mt.
II. Process Description
A.Loading the oil (CAN BE CRUDE OIL, FUEL OIL, USED ENGINER OIL, PLASTIC OIL AND TYRE OIL AFTER PYROLYSIS PROCESS) into the chamber(open the loading flange,
and begin the loading with oil pump). *NOTES: Better put some catalyst in the chamber
when we do the loading. Catalyst can be bought from us or you make according to the formula
we supply after the shipment.
B. After feeding, tighten the flange, and begin heating with coal, wood, gas, oil, etc. And this
process will continue for about 4~5 days without any stop.
C. When the temperature of the DISTILLATON COLUMN RISE up to 120ºC, the oil-gas (oil in
gas condition) generates and comes out from the chamber into the distillation COLUMN. After
that, the oil gas will flow into the condensers.
D. We use recycling water in the condensers, so, when the hot oil-gas meets the cool water from
the water pool, the LIQUID oil flows into the oil tank.
E. Some sync gas (which contents CO, etc., harmful to heath, WITH BAD SMELL, but
combustible) which can not be liquefied will continuously rise up from the oil tank through pipe
into the sync gas recycling tank, and flows into the burning room and be fully burned as
supporting fuel. (if such sync gas' quantity more than can be used and burned, the extra gas will
burned by the waste gas burners.)
F. The sync gas after fully burned will be drawn into the smoke scrubbers by the draft fan together
with the smoke generating during the process after burning (coal, wood, gas, oil).
G. In the two smoke scrubbers, the dust, the black, the acid matters will be removed, and then the
clean smoke will be emitted into atmosphere through the chimney.
H. When one batch is finished, we need about some hours for cooling down the reactor, then we
clean the chamber (usually we just clean the chamber every 3 or 4 batches) and begin another
III. Advantages of Distillation Plant
A. Adopting automatic submerged-arc welding technology and all of the weldings will be detected
by the ultrasonic nondestructive testing method.
B. Adopting manufacture process controlling system on the quality, every manufacture process,
manufacture date, operators, etc.
C. Manual and automatic safety devices include:anti-explosion device, safety valves, emergency
valves, pressure and temperature meters, as well as the alarming system.

saving fuel and preventing pollution. National Patent Smoke Scrubbers: water film smoke
scrubber, efficient removal of the acid gas and dust of the smoke, environmental friendly to
meet related national standards.

C. Water pollution: During the operation, the water we use is recycling one to cool down the gas
oil and convert into liquid oil in the condensers. No pollution at all.
